Pic-of-The-day - "Smoke Stack".
Back in the olden days (when I was a kid) it was brick right to the top & I swear you could see it all over the neighbourhood. Also smoke used to come out of it, real smoke with colour and everything.Obviously that was not a good thing (pumping poison particulate into the air) but , I do get surprised by the subtle changes in everyday life that you don't notice until you think about how things used to be. How things can change so completely with out us seeming to notice until we focus on the past.
